We are currently working on two (2) neighboring warehouses with a total of 258,000 SF combined.  These projects consist of tearing off the existing modified bitumen roofing on both buildings, installing new polyisocyanurate insulation and mechanically fastening new white UL, Class A and FM approved 60 mil TPO.  MidAmerica Roofing is working closely with the client to ensure this project is completed safely and on schedule before winter.
