MidAmerica Roofing and our client worked closely to prepare specifications which resulted in a successful reroof at this shopping center.  The original built up roof (BUR) and modified bitumen cap sheet were removed down to the structural metal deck.  The first layer of 3.3" ISO insulation was mechanically attached per FM 1-90 criteria.  The second layer of 4'x4' 3.3" ISO insulation was adhered using foam adhesive and a fully adhered 60 mil TPO membrane completed the application.
