Our comprehensive M.A.R.S. roof maintenance program is specifically designed as a cost efficient and proactive maintenance service to extend the life of existing roofing. The M.A.R.S. maintenance program is successfully being used by facility managers, property owners and property management companies who want to manage and control roofing portfolio investments with a company they can trust. Custom designed programs are also available.
EXISTING ROOF SYSTEM REPAIR
Inspect and repair roofing system deficiencies with quality, compatible materials. Repairs are properly tied-into existing roofing in accordance with NRCA recommended detailing for long-term performance. Remove obsolete rooftop equipment, perform structural deck infill and roof repairs to eliminate chronic leak sources.
Install roof system accessories such as walk-way systems, grease/contaminant collection systems, snow guards, pipe supports, etc. to improve the performance and/or functionality of your roofing system.
Eliminate environmental contamination and physical debris from your roofing system and ancillary components. If your facility contains a thermoplastic single-ply roofing system periodic roof cleaning is imperative to maintain original coloration and reflective properties.
SNOW & ICE DAM REMOVAL
Alleviate snow loads and ice damming from your low and steep slope roofing system in order to prevent structural damage and/or major water infiltration from freeze/thaw cycles.
PERMANENT FALL PROTECTION
Install permanent perimeter and roof opening fall protection per OSHA requirements.
ROOF HATCH/WALL LADDER INSTALLATION
Install OSHA approved roof hatches and exterior wall ladders to ensure safe access to your roof areas.
Install screening systems for mechanical equipment on your roof area for personal aesthetics and often per municipal code.
Install skylight or daylighting systems to substantially improve interior visibility especially at poorly lit work spaces.
